I hope everyone is looking forward to the new season and that now we have a better idea as to how the clubhouse and course work, we can plan to utilise both to a greater degree. If anyone has any ideas for fun competitions, Away days, coffee mornings etc. then I should love to hear your ideas. If any of you ladies would like to organise an event please let me know. ROLL UPS FOR JANUARY Wed. 11th, 18th and 25th. Arrive by 9.45am, first tee time 10.00am Come along for 9 holes of fun golf, NO PRESSURE!

December News:
We are pleased to see that, due to the efforts of Steve Ward and Smithy, we now have some new ladies enjoying being out on the golf course. We look forward to welcoming them as members in 2012. The Mixed Christmas Celebration event, which took place last Tuesday, had to be held indoors, due to the weather but most of the original entrants joined in and made the best of the indoor team games. Lunch as usual was a raucous affair finished on a Christmas note with some fine communal carol singing, led by Ron on the clarinet. The 9 hole Texas Scramble, which had to be abandoned will be held later.
