Terms and Conditions
  1. The Draw will be open to members of Bishopswood Golf Club and persons directly associated with Bishopswood (i.e.staff) who are over 18 years old.
  2. One third of the money generated will go to club funds.
  3. There will be no maximum number of participants.
  4. There will be three winners:
    (i) First prize will be two thirds of the available prize fund
    (ii) Second prize will be two thirds of the remainder of the prize fund
    (iii) Third prize will be the remaining amount
  5. The prize money will depend on the number of paying members participating.
    Example:
    (i) 200 members = monthly amount of £1000
    (ii) £333.34 to Club funds and £666.66 paid out as prize money
    (iii) 2/3 of £666.66 = £444.44 first prize
    (iv) 2/3 of balance = £148.15 second prize
    (v) remainder = £74.07 third prize
  6. The cost to enter the draw is £5 per month, payable in the following ways:
    (i) by standing order, monthly, quarterly or annually
    (ii) by payments of three months in advance to the Secretary
    (iii) by annual payment to the Secretary
  7. Members commit to the draw for twelve months.
  8. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they have paid up to date.
  9. Tickets are non transferable
  10. The draw will normally take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
  11. The winners will be notified by a notice in the clubhouse and/or on the website.
  12. Payment to the winners will be made by the Secretary.
  13. In the event of a member not having paid the monthly amount by 1st working day of that month they will be excluded from the draw.
  14. In the event of any dispute the decision of The Committee will be final.
  15. The Committee reserve the right to change these rules by posting a notice of change in the Clubhouse and/or on the website
  16. The promoter of the draw will be Nick Leonard, Treasurer, Bishopswood Golf Club, Bishopswood Lane, Tadley, Hampshire, RG26 4AT, to whom any correspondence regarding the draw may be sent.
  17. The 200 Club is regulated by the rules as laid down by the Gambling Commission advice on Society & Local Authority Lotteries (Nov 2009) based on the Gambling Act 2005
